IT'S CURRENTLY A LEGAL NON-CONFORMING USE OF THE PROPERTY, AND THE APPLICANT IS SEEKING TO BRING THEIR PARCELS INTO COMPLIANCE FOR AN EXPANSION TO THE PARCEL.

UM, THEY'RE TOTAL ACREAGE OF THESE PARCELS IS GONNA COME IN AT 4.48 ACRES.

THE ZONING NOW COMPLETELY COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, STILL OWNED BY RIM COUNTRY RV PARK, LLC.

AND SO OUR DESCRIPTION FOR OUR PROJECT HERE TONIGHT IS IT IS A LEGAL NON-CONFORMING 38 SPACE RV PARK.

AND THE APPLICANT IS SEEKING TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL 28 NEW RV SPACES AND THIS WILL BRING IT TO A TOTAL OF 66.

AND SO THE PUBLIC ACCESS COMES OFF THE TWO 60 AND THEN THERE'S SECONDARY EMERGENCY ACCESS ALONG RAINBOW LAKE DRIVE.

AND IS, IS THIS RV PARK? UH, LIKE, LIKE A NIGHTLY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY, YEARLY? UH, I BELIEVE IT'S SHORT TERM RENTALS.

UM, BUT I DON'T HAVE SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON HOW LONG THEY'RE GONNA BE STAYING THERE.

IT JUST BECOMES THE NON-CONFORMING USE.

UM, AND SO THEY AREN'T ABLE TO EXPAND, BUILD ANYTHING NEW, UM, OR DO REALLY ANYTHING IN THAT REGARD UNTIL THEY RESOLVE, UM, THE NONCONFORMING USE.

SO BASICALLY THEY WERE GRANDFATHERED IN.
